The BC&J Scenic Railway Co. Inc. A 501-c-3 not for profit
company is soliciting for donations for a restoration of our
Chessie System Caboose.
The caboose was built around 1968 for the C&O Railroad.
The caboose was built by the International Car Company of
Kenton Ohio. When delivered it was assigned to work in
Clifton Forge, Virginia. Through various railroad accusations
The Caboose ended up on the CSX railroad and used in
Dunkirk NY as a shoving platform. CSX used it when shoving
cars from Dunkirk NY to the Carriage house Foods in Fredonia NY. Our goal is to raise $40,000.00 to cover painting,
Wiring, FRA approved windows, furniture, restroom, refrigerator, sink, heating, and truck work.

page are where we are in the restoration and a pic of what
it could look like when finished.
